Pharmacokinetics Jay - [2:00 PM]

My brother and I started a project quite a LONG time ago now to create a pharmacokinetics calculator using the .NET framework and C#. The idea was to create an assembly that could do any of the nifty pharmacokinetics calculations a pharmacist may have to do. I still want to complete the project but it's been stalled for too darned long now so it looks like Jay went off and created his own web based version to get him through. Take a gander and let him know how you like it, that is if you're into that sorta pharmacy super freak stuff.

Laptop suggestions? - [1:08 PM]

Steven Vore has given me some great options for a desktop replacement, does anyone else want to chime in here. I'm looking to get a laptop that'll compile code, C/C++ code, as quickly as it possibly can. I'm most interested in performance, chip speed, bus speed, memory, and hard drive all need to be up there. The display going up to 1280x1024 would be a nice benefit, but it's secondary. CDRW is necessary, but not DVD. Firewire is not necessary, but I'd like to have it, and USB 2 is a MUST. I'd also like to make sure it has a port replicator option so I can essentially use it as a desktop machine. In the end weight doesn't make that big of a difference as long as it's a laptop, I don't care if it weighs 10 lbs, if I can't carry around 10 lbs all day there a problem.

Movie line of the week - [12:53 PM]

Well, well, well, it's that time of the week already! I haven't been overly active here lately because of my persistent DNS issues, it appears to be a problem with DNS caching, NOT with my site. Everything there looks like it should. The admin at my ISP said it looked good but the SBC DNS server I'm using still have the wrong one!
Hot buttered popcorn and a movie, ahhh!

Good Morning - [10:43 AM]

Well for those of you that can actually see this site, good morning. I'm getting e-mail from folks saying they can see part of the site. My hands are pretty much tied at this point because I don't have access to the boxes that control such information. I'm still trying to get in touch with the admin at my ISP to see if they can track this issue down.

Three weeks, geeze.
